Lump Sum Contracts
Praise can provide a lump sum contract service offering to ensure peace of mind and financial security for our clients.
This is particularly relevant in these unprecedented times where there is so much uncertainty around the cost of construction and the economic climate.
We guarantee a flat fee with no variation costs unless you, the client specifically requests changes or inclusions to be made.
Pre-Construction & Development Consultancy
Praise provides advisory services to work with you and assist with everything from DA application and processes through to the construction of a new home, office or refurbishment.
You will be guided by a competent team that has over 15 years experience across commercial and residential projects.
Cost Plus Contracts
This approach to construction provides greater flexibility and is well suited to those clients who would prefer more regularly invoicing patterns throughout the project.
The benefit to this approach is that you are charged based on the cost of services and materials throughout the stages of the building process and costs are passed to the owners, with an agreed margin to cover overheads and profits.
With this approach there is an opportunity for cost savings depending on the climate of the market.
Design & Construct
This option is best suited for clients who prefer to hand over the reigns of the entire project to Praise. This eliminates the task of managing consultants pre-construction and provides a holistic, all inclusive offering from design to construction.

Design and construct contracts are essentially turnkey solutions, meaning that you, the client, will have very minimal input throughout the entire process. You will simply be able to arrive on-site following completion and “turn a key” to use the works for their intended purpose.
